Recipe #135: Herb Roasted Chicken

I have made this one for a long time, I can't believe I haven't used it as a recipe yet!

You need:
4 chicken breast halves
3-4 potatoes, quartered
1 cup baby carrots
1 cup broccoli
paprika
oregano
cream of mushroom
1/3 cup water

  • in a roasting pan, or 9x13 dish empty cream of mushroom and water. mix together
  • add in 1 tsp oregano
  • mix in veggies
  • add chicken on top
  • sprinkle chicken with about another tsp of oregano and some paprika
  • bake for 45-50 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink.
