You need:
Chocolate (baking works great--use maybe 4-6 squares)
almonds
cranberries
coconut
pinch of sea salt
- Melt chocolate in microwave.
- add in desired amounts of almond, cranberries, and coconut.
- mix in a pinch of sea salt and then stir until everything is evenly coated
- spread out on parchment paper and sprinkle some more coconut on top.
- Let cool for a couple hours then break into chunks!
Don't eat it all at once!
