pizza dough
1 sweet potato, thinly sliced. I used that long slicer on my grater.
rosemary leaves
2 Tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
- heat up grill and add baking stone
- roll out pizza dough into a rectangle
- punch down with thumb to create a dimpled look.
- spread on olive oil
- top with sweet potatoes and rosemary
- sprinkle some salt and pepper
- grill for about 20 minutes....Will took it off a tad early, but it was still very delicious! :)
