Recipe #146: Rosemary Roasted Chicken

This was the great idea of a friend visiting! Very delicious. She said it also tastes great with bone-in chicken pieces.

You need:
2 chicken breasts cut into 3 pieces
3 sprigs rosemary
6 cloves garlic
olive oil
salt and pepper

  • salt and pepper chicken on a baking sheet
  • drizzle olive oil on top (omit if using chicken wiht skin on)
  • place rosemary and garlic around chicken.
  • bake at 425 for 30 minutes
a great healthy meal with sweet potato and a salad!
