You need:
Sugar cookie dough recipe
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
- divide dough in half.
- Roll out the dough in to a thin rectangular shape.
- mix cinnamon and sugar. cover top of rectangle.
- Starting with one of the long sides, roll up.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- cut into 1/4 inch rounds
- bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes
Twists:
You need:
Sugar cookie dough
cinnamon and sugar
- divide dough in half.
- take each half and roll into a long snack,about 3/8 thick.
- cut into 6 inch pieces and twist up.
- dip both sides in cinnamon and sugar mixture
- bake at 350 for 15 minutes
