You need:
1 egg
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup pumpkin
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 cup flour (1/2 whole wheat 1/2 white)
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
sprinkles of nutmeg and cinnamon
2-5 Tbsp milk
- beat egg, yogurt, pumpkin, and butter
- add rest of ingredients
- add milk if too dry (mine was, so I added a little bit of milk and then a little more!)
Tastes great with maple syrup or cinnamon butter!
