You need:
One bundle of udon
1/4 of an onion
edamame
handful of string beans
Make the udon according to package directions.
Saute onion and beans. Add steamed edamame.
Drain noodles and run cold water through them to cool them down.
Mix veggies with udon and add the suyu sauce (or soy sauce)
This was a great late night, my husband is at a football game kind of meal! :)
