So no picture this time, I made this in a hurry the other night. I wanted some protein with the least amount of work possible!
You need:
3 Eggs
1/4 of an onion
Mozzarella cheese
1 precooked turkey sausage patty
I was in a hurry so I mixed everything together. Dumped it in a preheated pan and let it cover the bottom. After the bottom had set, I pulled it up in half. Then I let it cook for a bit more on both sides to make sure the middle was cooked through...
It was great!
