You need:
3 egg whites, beaten
spoonful of feta cheese
small handful of fresh spinach, chopped
rosemary and pepper
- pour three beaten egg whites in a small pan.
- allow the bottom to set.
- add in pepper, rosemary, feta and spinach to the middle
- fold the omelet in half
- flip once or twice to make sure both sides are evenly brown and middle is cooked through
- add a little more pepper and rosemary to the top!
so delicious!
