Recipe 27: New Recipe


This was a 15 minute meal. The idea came from an Everyday Food magazine.

You need:
2 pork chops
1 cup pasta sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella
fresh basil and oregano
noodles

  • place pork chops on a foil lined baking sheet.
  • season with salt and pepper.
  • broil in oven for 4 minutes
  • take out of oven, turn over and pour pasta sauce on top
  • layer some herbs and then add cheese
  • broil for 3-4 more minutes or until cheese is totally melted.
  • meanwhile boil some noodles and then eat up!
