This was a 15 minute meal. The idea came from an Everyday Food magazine.
You need:
2 pork chops
1 cup pasta sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella
fresh basil and oregano
noodles
- place pork chops on a foil lined baking sheet.
- season with salt and pepper.
- broil in oven for 4 minutes
- take out of oven, turn over and pour pasta sauce on top
- layer some herbs and then add cheese
- broil for 3-4 more minutes or until cheese is totally melted.
- meanwhile boil some noodles and then eat up!
